海綿拉力劑DP-1022是一種多官能度的反應(yīng)型添加劑，可有效地應(yīng)用于許多聚氨酯泡沫配方中，以增強(qiáng)海綿的拉伸性能，撕裂強(qiáng)度等物性。在傳統(tǒng)的大塊泡沫中，該穩(wěn)定劑可以防止泡沫在中、低密度配方中易開裂的現(xiàn)象。而且，它還可以幫助降低異氰酸酯指數(shù)，并減少所需輔助發(fā)泡劑的用量。

主要特性及優(yōu)點(diǎn)

•在用量為0.5-1.5份時(shí)，海綿拉力劑DP-1022提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的發(fā)泡工藝和氣泡穩(wěn)定性，配方只需要調(diào)節(jié)少量的催化劑（建議減少5-10%的辛酸ya錫）
•在大塊軟泡配方中還能夠部分或者全部代替輔助發(fā)泡劑
•在1-2份用量下，DP-1022提供的工藝性能，可以使傳統(tǒng)的大塊泡綿的TDI指數(shù)控制在95-100范圍內(nèi)
•在TDI指數(shù)為95時(shí)制造的泡綿，可以比TDI指數(shù)為100時(shí)所制造泡綿的硬度（25%IFD）減少50％。在TDI指數(shù)為95-100時(shí)，泡綿的物理性能和很多傳統(tǒng)的TDI指數(shù)時(shí)所制成的泡綿是相似的
• TDI指數(shù)在105-110這個(gè)范圍時(shí)，DP-1022不能改變泡綿的工藝性能，但可以改善泡沫的一些物理性能。

Sponge pulling agent DP-1022 is a multifunctional reactive additive that can be effectively used in many polyurethane foam formulations to enhance the physical properties of sponges such as tensile properties and tear strength. In conventional bulk foam, the stabilizer can prevent the foam from cracking easily in medium and low density formula. Moreover, it can help to lower the isocyanate index and reduce the amount of auxiliary foaming agent needed.

Main features and advantages

• Sponge tension agent DP-1022 provides excellent foaming process and bubble stability at the dosage of 0.5-1.5. The formula only needs to be adjusted with a small amount of catalyst (5-10% caprylate Ya tin is recommended).

• Can also partially or completely replace auxiliary foaming agent in bulk foam formulation

• The process performance of DP-1022 can control the TDI index of traditional bulk foam in the range of 95-100 at 1-2 dosage

• Foam manufactured with A TDI index of 95 can reduce the hardness (25%IFD) of foam manufactured with a TDI index of 100 by 50%. When the TDI index is 95-100, the physical properties of foam are similar to those made with many traditional TDI indexes

• When TDI index is in the range of 105-110, DP-1022 cannot change the technological performance of foam, but it can improve some physical properties of foam.
